This is a good friend of mine. A lawyer who wrote her thesis about the future generations and what kind of rights that they might have when it comes to the current generations destroying the earth we’re living in. Is it possible to legally enshrine the future generations right to a planet not destroyed?

Questions that are important to ask. I myself want my children to live in a place better than I’m currently living in. With biodiversity as plentiful as before, with resources as bountiful as now. I don’t want to leave a depleted world after me.
