Ray of light

This was taken when I visited Wanås. In that park I found a small alcove of trees and bushes hidden away. It was much like stepping into another world of underbushes. A touch of how a magic world would look and feel like. The scent of the place was of wood and dampness. But it was really envigorating.

Feet on a bridge

Those are wise words, it reminds me that action is as important as dreaming wild things. However, when looking around the world doing rather than thinking is what’s preferable and gets you somewhere. Thought alone won’t take you anywhere. Thus this bridge sort of symbolizes that you also have to take the leap to do something about your situation.

Taking the leap is probably the most difficult thing. How do you prepare yourself for your daily leaps?

Postbox in Japan

I like to recieve personal letters (who doesn’t), although currently I’m really bad at replying to them. Maybe because I like the very touch of a letter I think the postbox should reflect the personal value a letter could bring. The postbox here certainly do. Although very simple it exhibit this air of importance.

Tea with a friend

One of the things I like the most is having a cup of tea with a friend. But nowadays I find myself not having these kind of moments so often. I don’t know whether it’s the lack of time, good places to go to or lack of friends willing to go. But I with remember the times going to a place called Hidamari in Japan. Those were the best of times.

The guardian of a shinto temple

The stone statue was just standing there, with it’s majestic influence in the lush green. One could easily have been scared to death if it were another time of the day. I guess it’s not for nothing temples can be creepy sometimes.

In the Japanese garden

One of those quick shoots. He tried to look like the intelligent man he is, and succeeded on top of that. After that we enjoyed our time in the japanese garden that we were visiting. The japanese do know how to make them beautiful!
